These principles form the foundation of how we expect every member of our community to behave.
Treat every player with the same courtesy you would expect in return. Differences in skill, opinion, or play style are normal — disagreement is fine, but disrespect is not. Offensive language, insults, and personal attacks have no place here.
All games must be played as intended. Using exploits, bugs, bots, scripts, or any form of automation to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If you discover a bug or vulnerability, report it to us rather than exploiting it.
Never share another player's personal information — real name, location, contact details, or anything else they have not chosen to make public. Respect boundaries. What others share with you in confidence should stay that way.
Harassment of any kind — including stalking, unwanted contact, trolling, or sustained targeting of another player — will not be tolerated. This applies equally in public chat, direct messages, and community forums.
If you witness rule-breaking behaviour, a technical issue, or content that concerns you, please report it using the in-platform reporting tools or by contacting the Help Center. Your reports help keep the community safe for everyone.
Play for fun, not to compensate for stress or difficult emotions. Remember that all outcomes are governed by chance, virtual coins have no real value, and there is always support available if gaming stops feeling enjoyable. See our Responsible Gaming page for resources.
The following rules apply to all players across every part of the platform, including games, chat, forums, and any other community features.
We take rule violations seriously. Our moderation team reviews reports and applies consequences proportionate to the severity and frequency of each incident.
We believe in giving players the opportunity to correct their behaviour whenever possible. However, the safety and enjoyment of the broader community takes priority, and serious or repeat violations will be acted on decisively.
For minor first-time infractions — such as mildly inappropriate language or accidental misuse of a feature — a moderator may issue an in-platform warning. The warning will explain which rule was breached and what behaviour is expected going forward. Warnings are logged internally and factored into future decisions if further violations occur.
Repeated minor violations, a single serious violation (such as targeted harassment of another player), or confirmed cheating in games will result in a temporary suspension. Suspension durations range from 24 hours to 30 days depending on the nature of the breach. During a suspension, your account will be locked, your coin balance frozen, and you will not be able to log in. A notification explaining the reason and duration will be sent to your registered email address.
A permanent ban will be applied in cases of severe or irredeemable misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to: operating multiple accounts after a prior ban, sustained harassment campaigns, sharing another player's private information without consent (doxxing), attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security, or any conduct that is illegal under applicable Canadian law. Permanent bans are not reversible. Any accounts linked to a banned user by device, IP, or payment method may also be suspended.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you have the right to appeal. Submit your appeal through the Help Center within 14 days of receiving the notice. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the moderation team who was not involved in the original decision. We aim to respond to all appeals within five business days. Decisions made following a thorough appeal review are final.

All games are played using virtual coins that have absolutely no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, merchandise, or any tangible reward. Participating in our platform does not constitute gambling under any definition of the term.
